Course Description

This course is designed and delivered following the Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) curriculum. It equips trainees with practical competencies to plan, deliver, and assess learning using flexible and blended approaches. The course emphasizes learner-centered training, integration of digital technologies, and achievement of measurable occupational competencies relevant to TVET institutions.

Course Purpose

To develop the trainee’s ability to effectively implement flexible and blended learning strategies in line with CBET principles, enhancing access, participation, and learning outcomes in TVET and related education settings.

Overall Learning Outcome

Upon successful completion of this course, the trainee will be able to design, implement, and evaluate flexible and blended learning programmes that meet CBET standards and support diverse learner needs.

By the end of the course, the trainee should be able to:
